Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to support the growth of their busy Holloway office and play a key role in driving new business and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting the Lettings Manager in delivering branch targets
*Winning instructions and generating new business
*Conducting market appraisals and property viewings
*Negotiating offers and securing lets
*Coaching and supporting junior negotiators
*Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
*Contributing towards branch growth and profitability
Essential Requirements
Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years’ residential lettings experience.
Minimum 2 years’ Estate Agency Lettings experience
Proven track record of achieving targets
Experience generating instructions and business development
Strong leadership potential
Reapit experience preferred
Full UK Driving Licence required
