Some firms talk about putting clients first. This one has built its entire reputation on it.
We’re working with a fully Chartered, genuinely independent advisory firm with offices across the UK, the kind of business where advisers stay for years because the support is real, the clients are quality, and the advice is never compromised. They’re now looking for a Chartered Financial Planner to join their London team.
You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of clients and step into a steady flow of new enquiries generated by the firm itself, so your time goes where it should: sitting with clients, understanding their lives, and delivering genuinely holistic financial planning.
Behind you, you’ll have an experienced paraplanning and administration team who take the heavy lifting off your desk. In front of you, a clear path forward, including leadership and mentoring opportunities if that’s the direction you want to grow.
What your week will look like
• Looking after and growing your own client bank, including clients transitioning from other advisers
• Delivering independent, whole-of-market advice you can stand behind
• Building relationships that last with clients, their families, and the professional connections around them
• Adding to the firm’s growth through referrals, networking and firm-generated leads
• If it suits you: mentoring junior advisers and paraplanners as you progress
Who we’d love to hear from
• A Chartered Financial Planner (this one’s essential)
• Several years of advisory experience and the confidence that comes with it
• Someone who builds trust naturally and communicates with warmth and clarity
• A genuine client-first mindset
• The appetite to develop new business, with the firm’s backing
• Leadership or management experience is a bonus, not a requirement
