Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within a range of primary schools supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, graduates, or those looking to build a career within education.
Responsibilities:*Support pupils with their learning and development
*Deliver interventions and small group activities
*Provide 1:1 support where required
*Assist children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
*Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
Requirements:*Experience working with children or young people
*Positive, patient and nurturing approach
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to build positive relationships
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
