Description
*Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required by the department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
*Strong technical accounting knowledge
*Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*A track record of producing accurate financial reports and analyses.
*Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
