£50,000+ OTE | Permanent PAYE Employment | Container Work
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established transport operator based in Great Blakenham who is looking to add an experienced Class 1 Driver to its growing team.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable year-round work, excellent earning potential and a structured bonus scheme that rewards safe and compliant driving.
Salary & BenefitsPAYE Package
*£170 per shift for shifts up to 11 hours
*£15.00 per hour after 11 hours worked
*£10.00 daily meal allowance
*£25.00 night out allowance
Driver Bonus Scheme
*£15.00 per week accident-free bonus
*£15.00 per week no-infringement bonus
*£20.00 sixth shift bonus
Weekend Work
*£15.00 per hour
Basic earnings are approximately £950 per week before overtime, bonuses and additional shifts.

Candidate Requirements*Full UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
*Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card
*Previous Class 1 driving experience
*Container experience advantageous but not essential
*Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Regulations
*Professional and reliable approach
