We are on the hunt for a dynamic, driven and commercially astute Sales Manager, ideally experienced in real estate or hospitality sales, to join our client as a Sales Manager.
Managing a team of Sales Executives, the Sales Manager will be a strong team leader who is focused on elevating, motivating and developing their team to succeed. With a positive, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset, you will be a successful relationship-builder at all levels.
Your goal will be to support and guide the sales team to meet targets, build relationships with clients, brokers and agents and provide key information to potential clients. You will be someone who is extremely personable, professional, adaptable and incredibly organised and who wishes to assist in providing a world class service to clients and prospects.

*Previous experience in a similar business development / sales management role
*Experienced team leader

*Good business acumen and solid negotiation skills
*IT literate
*Target orientated - driven and focused strategic thinker
*Adaptable and able to work in a flexible, fast-paced and ever-changing environment


Key responsibilities as the Sales Manager will include:
*Managing a team of Sales Executives
*Supporting targets and ensuring the team’s success
*Building and maintaining the Broker and Agent network
*Driving sales conversions and direct-lead growth and development
*Building and maintaining pipelines and lead flows
*Managing the CRM systems and driving efficiency improvements
*Producing regular reports for management
