An established and highly respected ecological consultancy is seeking an Ecologist to join its growing team in Bristol. This independent consultancy has built an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, conservation-led solutions and works on a diverse range of development and planning projects across the South and South West.
As an Ecologist, you will be involved in organising and undertaking ecological surveys, managing projects, producing technical reports, and supporting clients through the planning process. The Ecologist will work closely with a collaborative team that is passionate about protecting and enhancing biodiversity while delivering practical solutions for clients.

Requirements:
*Previous experience working as an Ecologist within a UK ecological consultancy
* Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related discipline
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong project management and organisational abilities
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Full right to work in the UK
* Must live in or within a commutable distance of the Bristol office
* Ability to undertake field surveys and travel to project sites as required
* Membership of CIEEM and protected species licences would be advantageous
