Are you confident, organised, and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? Are you looking for a part-time role in a secondary enviornment?
St Cuthburts is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support pupils and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
What Could Your Day Look Like?*Supervising classes across 11-16 year olds during teacher absences
*Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff
*Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
*Supporting pupils with their work and answering basic questions where appropriate
*Ensuring a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
*Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progress
*Working collaboratively as part of a supportive school team
Could This Be You?*Do you have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting?
*Are you confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour?
*Do you have strong communication and organisational skills?
*Are you adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils?
*Do you bring enthusiasm and professionalism to your work?
