About the Role


We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing NetSuite practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of ERP, cloud technology, and digital transformation to play a key role in expanding our NetSuite customer base across the UK.


Working remotely, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with prospects and clients. The role will involve occasional travel to customer sites and events throughout the North West and wider UK when required.


Key Responsibilities


*Generate and qualify new business opportunities for NetSuite ERP solutions and associated services.
*Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, events, and partner relationships.
*Engage with senior stakeholders including Finance Directors, CFOs, CEOs, and Operations leaders.
*Understand client business challenges and position NetSuite solutions to deliver measurable value.
*Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
*Collaborate closely with solution consultants, delivery teams, and marketing colleagues.
*Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.
*Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.


About You


We are looking for someone who combines strong business development expertise with a passion for helping organisations transform through technology.


Essential Skills & Experience


*Proven track record in B2B business development or software sales.
*Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, or cloud-based business solutions.
*Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
*Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.


Desirable


*Previous experience selling NetSuite solutions or services.
*Knowledge of ERP implementation projects and business transformation programmes.
*Experience working within a NetSuite Partner, Oracle Partner, or ERP consultancy environment.
*Existing network within the UK mid-market sector.
