The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day to day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to engage with teams effectively.
Day to Day:
*Manage administrative tasks related to property management, including data entry and record maintenance.
*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
*Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
*Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of property issues.
*Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates as required.
We Would Love to See:
*Previous Property Manager.
*Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively engage with tenants and stakeholders.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
