This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM/Data Executive to join a growing data-focused team, supporting impactful multi-channel campaigns and working with a large, evolving database. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights that directly support client engagement and communication strategies.The Company

* Build and manage targeted contact lists to support email campaigns, outreach activity, and direct communications
* Produce clear, client-ready reports using charts, graphs, and data visualisations
* Maintain and update a central CRM database, ensuring data quality and integrity
* Carry out data cleansing and de-duplication to improve database performance
* Support inbox management, resolving user queries related to account setup and access
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely data outputsYour Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience working with data in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation techniques
* Experience with data cleaning, matching, and maintaining large datasets
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
* Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
* Exposure to email service providers such as Mailchimp or similar tools is beneficialWhat They Offer
