Full job descriptionFull-time SEN Classroom Support Assistant, CamdenSeeking a proactive and compassionate SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join supportive schools across CamdenThis role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable SEN experience whilst supporting pupils with a range of additional learning, communication and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities*Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
*Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention support.
*Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
*Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Speech & Language needs.
*Prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
*Encourage engagement, participation and independence.
The Ideal Candidate*Experience within education, childcare or support work.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Patient, resilient and positive approach.
*Ability to follow structured support plans.
*Passion for supporting children with SEN.
*Camden (or locally) based
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £95 PAYE per day
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
