The Role
This is a customer-focused position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
*Acting as the first point of contact for existing customers
*Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
*Providing exceptional customer service and support
*Resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary
*Building positive relationships with customers
*Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system
*Working closely with colleagues across different departments
*Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
*Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Providing general ad hoc administration
The Candidate
No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is integral to the success of this role.

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Positive attitude
*Problem solving mindset
*Organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
*Comfortable working in a role where you will be telephone based
