Full job descriptionSEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant (Camden)Are you experienced supporting young people with SEMH and behavioural needs?We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant to work across Camden schools delivering targeted interventions designed to improve attainment, engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver literacy, numeracy and social skills interventions.
*Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
*Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
*Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
*Build strong relationships to improve engagement and confidence.
*Support classroom learning and behaviour management.
The Ideal Candidate*Experience supporting SEN or SEMH pupils.
*Background in education, youth work or care settings desirable.
*Confident managing challenging behaviour.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
*Camden (or locally) based
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £95 PAYE per day
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
