Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Rate: Up to £18 per hour dependent on experience


Our client is seeking an experienced, immediately available Talent Acquisition Coordinator on an interim basis. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a highly organised recruitment professional with strong coordination skills and hands-on experience with Workday.
You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
*Candidate Screening: Review applications and conduct initial screening to assess suitability
*Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
*Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination
*Recruitment Administration: Provide general administrative support across the hiring process
*Workday Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within Workday
*Tracking & Reporting: Create and maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and recruitment reports
*Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure a seamless process
Requirements
*Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
*Essential: Hands-on experience using Workday ATS
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
*Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
*Comfortable working fully remotely (must be UK based) and independently
Desirable
*Exposure to international hiring or multi-location teams
