Description
As the General Manager you will,


*Be a visible leader within the operation driving performance and actively supporting the team to develop robust SOPs, to enable consistent delivery of service levels
*Manage and mentor a team highlighting training needs and creating a succession plan
*Continue to develop a positive culture which supports high performance in all areas (HSE, quality, pick rate)
*Work with other sites and Transport to balance capacity, resource, and optimise volumes through the site
*Manage budgets and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
Profile
A successful General Manager should have:
*A proven track record in managing a busy, high volume warehouse operation
*Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively, building engagement and performance
*A visible leader in the warehouse
*Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive improvements.
*Proficiency in budget management and resource planning.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £80,000 + package
