We’re partnering with a fast-growing specialist brokerage in Central London that is expanding its high-performance sales team. This is a phone-based inbound closing role suited to ambitious, money-motivated sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
You’ll be handling warm inbound enquiries from high-net-worth individuals, following a structured sales process and converting opportunities into completed deals.
This is not an account management role. It’s a high-output sales environment where consistency, resilience and communication skills directly impact earnings.
The role
*Handling a high volume of inbound investor enquiries
*Building credibility and controlling conversations over the phone
*Following a structured, proven sales framework
*Managing objections and closing deals
*Working towards daily activity and revenue targets
*Performing in a fast-paced, highly accountable sales environment
What we’re looking for

*Highly ambitious and financially motivated
*Confident, articulate and polished on the phone
*Comfortable with high daily call volumes
*Competitive and resilient under pressure
*Coachable and process-driven
*Used to working towards KPIs and targets

*FX / financial sales

*B2C or B2B telesales
*High-volume sales environments
Candidates from recruitment, brokerage, estate agency, FX, telesales or other high-performance sales environments tend to perform particularly well.
