Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
*Assist with client onboarding, billing processes, and general office administration to support seamless business operations.
*Deliver professional reception cover, including meeting and greeting clients, handling incoming calls, and managing post.
*Support senior members of the Business Support team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
*Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment by participating in team initiatives and key events.
*Assist with general office coordination, maintaining a professional and organised working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A professional, calm, polite, and friendly approach in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing interactions and building relationships.
