Full job descriptionNewstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established 360 recruiter to manage and develop their own driving desk while benefiting from uncapped commission and hybrid working.
Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Requirements
*Proven 360 recruitment experience within Driving Recruitment
* Strong business development and account management skills
* Experience managing temporary recruitment desks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence
