Key Responsibilities*Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs

*Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to meet the pupil’s needs
*Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff
*Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate*Experience working with children or young people is desirable
*Patient, caring, and supportive approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to remain calm and adaptable in different situations
*Understanding of SEND is beneficial but not essential
*Positive attitude and willingness to support pupils’ individual needs
