Ideal Candidate*Experience working with children or young people is desirable
*Patient, caring, and supportive approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to remain calm and adaptable in different situations
*Understanding of SEND is beneficial but not essential
*Positive attitude and willingness to support pupils’ individual needs
*Reliable and committed to making a difference in education
