Full job descriptionThe role of a Bookkeeper is to provide an excellent service for clients, creating and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and a positive and professional approach.
This role would suit someone looking for Part-time hours, such as school hours
Key Responsibilities
*Daily "on-site" bookkeeping at clients
*Build strong lasting relationships with a large variety of clients
*Implementing Xero and ’app-stacks’ for client
*Completion of accurate and timely management information
*Assisting in the production of monthly accounts and reports
*Reconciliation balance sheet and P&L accounts
*Preparation and posting journals for payroll, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets etc
*Bank reconciliations
*Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier payments
*Accounts payable with expenses and credit cards
*Accounts receivable and credit control
*Making our clients’ lives easier and helping their businesses thrive
Key Requirements
*Fully qualified AAT or "Qualified by experience"
*Full UK driving licence
Additional Requirements
*Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
*Love and knowledge of technology- Excel and accountancy apps.
*Excellent attention to detail. Xero experience.
*A desire to learn and develop.
