We are seeking motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to support students in achieving their full potential within a dynamic classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects
*Assisting students with their learning, both individually and in groups
*Helping to manage classroom behaviour effectively
*Providing support to students with additional needs where required
*Encouraging student engagement and participation
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with young people is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
*A proactive and flexible approach
