We’re recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and award-winning residential lettings team. The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
* Carrying out rental valuations and securing new instructions from landlords.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
* Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to applicants.
* Matching prospective tenants with suitable rental properties based on their requirements.
* Negotiating tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
* Generating new business opportunities and contributing towards branch targets.
* Managing enquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the lettings process.
* Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance to colleagues where required.
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings
*Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results
*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Professional, confident, and proactive approach
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Competent with Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly
*Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
*Full UK driving licence
