Are you a Paralegal with experience in Commercial Property looking to join a successful and growing team in Leeds city centre?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Commercial Property department, supporting solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of transactions from instruction through to completion.
The Role
*Assist with a broad range of commercial property matters
*Draft and review contracts, leases and supporting documentation
*Manage files from opening through to completion and archiving
*Prepare and organise legal documentation
*Liaise with clients, third parties and internal departments
*Support fee earners on complex transactions
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
