Your Role
* Build and develop your own client bank, focusing on HNW and mass affluent clients
* Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
* Drive new business through your own network and introducer relationships
* Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
* Work closely with the support team to deliver a high-quality client experience
About You
* Experienced Independent Financial Adviser with a strong track record of new business generation
* Confident in building and maintaining client relationships independently
* Diploma qualified (DipPFS minimum); Chartered desirable
* Commercial, driven, and motivated by both earnings and long-term equity potential
