This Cheltenham based accountancy practice is searching for a Bureau Payroll Officer to join their friendly team.
This role will see you play a key role in providing an efficient and effective payroll service for a wide range of clients.
Your duties as a Payroll Officer will include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all payroll deadlines are achieved
- Maintaining and updating payroll information using payroll systems and internal databases
- Processing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary amendments, holiday calculations and employee record updates
- Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies for both employees and clients in a timely manner
- Ensuring payroll records are accurate, up-to-date and maintained in line with company procedures and compliance standards
You will need to have experience of payroll within a bureau setting and be comfortable using multiple online systems. In return you will enjoy an environment where training and support are on offer.
