Elite Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a market-leading organisation based in Tamworth. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for confident and driven Collections Advisors to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is target-driven, and is not afraid of picking up the phone. Whether you have previous collections, sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role

As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and unpaid invoices. Using a state-of-the-art auto-dialler system, you will work with customers to agree suitable payment arrangements while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities*Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding debts and invoices.
*Negotiating payment dates and payment plans.
*Updating customer records and call outcomes accurately on the database.
*Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach during customer conversations.
*Working towards individual and team performance targets.
*Ensuring all customer interactions are compliant and accurately recorded.
What We’re Looking For*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
*Previous experience within collections, sales, customer service, contact centre, or outbound calling environments.
*GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
*Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Tamworth.
