These roles are ideal for individuals who have experience supporting children and young people who may display challenging behaviour, struggle with emotional regulation or require additional support to engage with education.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in youth work, support work, residential care, SEND education, coaching or mentoring.
The schools support pupils with needs including:
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
*Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
*ADHD
*Trauma and Attachment Needs
*Behavioural Difficulties
*Complex Additional Needs
The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
*Build positive relationships with pupils
*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*Promote positive behaviour and engagement
*Support emotional regulation strategies
*Help pupils overcome barriers to learning
*Work alongside teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals
