Job Description:
Full job descriptionTeaching Personnel are recruiting full-time School Office / Administrative staff to support mainstream schools across Liverpool from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office.
The Role:As a School Administrator, you will:
*Provide front-of-house support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students
*Manage inbound calls, emails, and general enquiries
*Maintain accurate student and staff records
*Support with attendance monitoring and reporting
*Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
*Use school systems such as SIMS or Arbor (where applicable)
Who We’re Looking For:We are keen to hear from candidates who:
*Have prior experience in an administrative role (essential)
*Have experience working within a school or education setting (desirable)
*Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Are confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
