Key Responsibilities:
*Inspire and Educate: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across both GCSE and A-Level Psychology and Sociology.

*Support Student Progress: Assess, track, and feedback on student progress, ensuring every learner is supported to reach their full potential.

*Collaborate: Work alongside a dynamic, well-resourced department to share resources, insights, and best practice.

What You Will Need*Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree or strong background in Psychology, Sociology, or a related social science (ECTs are welcome to apply).

*Skills: Excellent classroom management, communication skills, and the ability to make complex theoretical concepts accessible and engaging.
