Salary & Shifts:
*Pay: £13.35 per hour
*Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Job Role:
*Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, security, and safety of school buildings and grounds
*Respond to helpdesk requests and maintenance tasks
*Unlock and lock buildings as required
*Carry out porterage duties and room setups for events and activities
*Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks including fire alarm testing and emergency lighting checks
*Support out-of-hours use of school facilities when required
*Use equipment, cleaning materials, and chemicals safely and correctly
*Follow all quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures
