Full job descriptionA dynamic and growing operations team is looking for a Plant Fitter (workshop only) to take responsibility for the repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You will be based in the workshop in Walsall, delivering an efficient and customer-focused service.

What you’ll be doing as Plant Fitter:
*Servicing and repairing plant equipment in the workshop
*Completing scheduled maintenance
*Maintaining accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent
*Managing stock and raising purchase requests as needed
*Liaising directly with customers and ensuring clear communication throughout
*Supporting depot operations and maintain excellent health & safety standards
What we’re looking for in a Plant Fitter:
*Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential)
*Strong communication and record-keeping skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Desirable: NVQ or City & Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence
