Job Role:
*Carry out routine, planned, and periodic cleaning duties to a high standard
*Follow cleaning schedules and service level agreements (SLAs)
*Use cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals safely and effectively
*Maintain designated areas to agreed cleanliness standards
*Report maintenance issues identified during cleaning duties
*Ensure security procedures are followed, including locking doors and handling lost property appropriately
*Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
*Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and site users
*Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and environmental procedures
*Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
