Senior Project Manager - AI - Operational Efficiency - Op model - Outside IR35
*6 month initial contract
*Remote - occasional travel to London
*£600 - £641/day (Outside IR35)


This role sits at the centre of a major broker transformation. It combines operational efficiency, AI enablement and operating model change.
What you will be doing
*Lead end to end programme delivery
*Own governance, plans, budgets and outcomes
*Drive operational efficiency with clear cost and process benefits
*Lead AI and automation initiatives and delivery roadmap
*Simplify structures and redesign operating models
*Engage senior stakeholders up to ExCo and Board
What you need
*Insurance experience with a strong understanding of Broking
*Proven delivery of large scale transformation programmes
*Strong operational efficiency delivery track record
*Operating model design experience
*RIO/Benefits realisation experience
*Experience across AI or automation programmes
*Confident working with senior stakeholders
