The Opportunity
A leading professional services firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior to join its growing London-based Personal Tax team.
This is a varied, client-facing role supporting the delivery of both compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of individuals, families, and trusts. You will work closely with managers and directors on a range of private client matters, gaining exposure to more complex advisory work as your experience develops.

Key Responsibilities*Prepare and review personal tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and trusts
*Support the delivery of private client tax compliance and advisory work
*Assist with tax planning assignments including CGT and IHT matters
*Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve queries
*Work with senior team members on complex advisory projects
*Assist with HMRC correspondence and enquiries where required
*Ensure compliance with internal quality and risk procedures
*Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
*Contribute to improving processes and client service delivery
Candidate Profile*Experience in personal/private client tax within practice
*Working towards or part-qualified CTA/ATT (or equivalent experience)
*Strong understanding of UK personal tax compliance
*Interest in developing advisory experience in private client work
*Good communication skills and client-focused approach
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
*Motivated to learn and progress within a supportive team environment
