Salary: £35,000 + Bonus Scheme

About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Medway. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving targets and earning bonuses.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies
*Monitor performance, providing coaching and support where needed
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
*Work closely with senior leadership to drive business objectives
