Working within a high-performing finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements, and revenue analysis across a diverse portfolio of customers and projects.
The Job:
*Performing month-end revenue analysis and investigating variances against budget and prior periods
*Reviewing customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
*Working closely with operational stakeholders to ensure the correct set-up and reporting of projects
*Assisting with monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting statutory and group audit processes
*Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and reporting requirements
*Assisting with acquisition integration activities and continuous improvement projects
*Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives across the finance function
*Other ad hoc duties as required
About You
*The successful candidate will have previous experience within a finance or accounting environment
*You will be actively studying, or intending to study, towards a professional qualification
*Strong Excel skills are required, including Formulas and Pivot Tables
*An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and investigate variances is essential
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are required
*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential
*Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous
