Full job descriptionBilling Administrator Sheffield | £26,000 | Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
We’re recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration or billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a professional services business.
The role offers a mix of billing, finance administration and stakeholder liaison, making it ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with different teams across the business.
The RoleKey responsibilities will include:
*Creating and processing invoices and credit notes

*Supporting the end-to-end billing process

*Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time

*Preparing draft invoices and following up for approvals

*Maintaining billing records, trackers and internal systems

*Sending invoices to clients and managing invoice documentation

*Responding to invoice queries and providing support to clients and colleagues

*Supporting contract and project administration processes

*Assisting with additional finance and administrative duties as required

About YouWe’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and industries. You’ll ideally have:
*Previous finance administration or billing experience

*Strong attention to detail and accuracy

*Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

*Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word

*The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

*A proactive and positive approach to work

*Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
