Full job descriptionKey responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, understanding business goals and identifying how data and MI can add value
* Developing and delivering reporting, dashboards, analytics tools and client-facing data solutions using Microsoft technologies
* Shaping the client and marketing data strategy and supporting wider data transformation initiatives
* Collaborating with technical teams, client solutions teams and business stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting and operational effectiveness
* Driving data literacy and helping embed a data-driven culture across the business

Key requirements:
* Experience delivering MI, reporting or business intelligence solutions
* Strong Power BI and data visualisation experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Experience working closely with business functions such as Marketing, Business Development, Commercial or Client teams would be advantageous
This role could be a particularly interesting next step for someone currently working as a Senior BI Analyst, MI Analyst or Reporting Analyst who is looking to move into a more stakeholder facing and strategic position.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Client & Marketing, Client Solutions and wider business functions, helping them leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency and deliver greater value to clients.
