We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join our team working on social housing properties in and around Fife

The Role

*Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work within occupied and void social housing properties.
*Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely.
*Completing testing, inspection, and certification work as required.
*Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and health & safety standards.
*Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
Requirements

*Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
*Current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations qualification (18th Edition preferred).
*Experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is advantageous.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
