Salary - £27 - 29k per annum
Temp to PermAbout the RoleElevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of customer orders, working closely with production, logistics and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities*Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
*Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
*Liaise with manufacturing teams regarding stock and availability
*Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers
*Handle customer enquiries, orders and complaints
*Support the external sales team with reporting and administration
*Maintain accurate order and customer information
Requirements*Strong background in customer service and complaint resolution
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
*Experience within manufacturing or logistics (desirable)
