We’re recruiting for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their knowledge of the mortgage and property market within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will:
*Speak with clients and support them throughout the mortgage process
*Advise on product transfer rates and suitable options
*Complete mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
*Liaise closely with Mortgage Advisors to progress cases
*Update client records and maintain accurate documentation
*Prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met
*Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout
Mortgage Paraplanner Requirements
*Keen interest in mortgages and the property market
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Knowledge of mortgages/property market (advantageous but not essential)
*Professional, reliable, and proactive approach

Working Hours
*Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
