Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a growing manufacturing business based in Newcastle.

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality timber products, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
*Manufacture and assemble timber products and components to specification.
*Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
*Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber materials accurately.
*Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely.
*Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
*Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
*Follow all company health and safety procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience as a Joiner, Bench Joiner, Carpenter, or similar role.
*Strong woodworking and assembly skills.
*The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What’s on Offer?
*Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
