An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Maida Hill. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive property professional with residential lettings experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in securing new instructions, progressing tenancies and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service throughout the entire lettings process.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Registering applicants, landlords and tenants
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
*Generating new business opportunities and booking valuations
*Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
*Progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in
*Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
*Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets

*Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Smart, articulate and professional presentation
*Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
*Target-focused with a strong work ethic
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
