Executive Communication*Produce clear, concise, executive-ready decks and documents to support leadership discussions.
*Turn complex analysis into structured narratives with clear takeaways.
*Support ad-hoc strategy deep dives as needed.
Programmatic & Ad Ecosystem Insight*Apply a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad tech ecosystems to inform strategy work.
*Translate ecosystem knowledge into implications for ad product and monetisation strategy.


What We’re Looking For*3-5+ years’ experience in advertising, ad tech, ad strategy or programmatic environments.
*Background in consulting, strategy, analytics, or similarly structured problem-solving roles is highly desirable.
*Exposure to targeting, measurement, audience strategy, or ads data enablement
*Experience working with international or multi-market contexts is a plus
*Direct experience within the advertising ecosystem (publisher, platform, ad tech, agency, or advertiser) strongly preferred.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Comfort working with ambiguity and bringing structure to complex questions.
Strong written and visual communication skills, particularly for senior audiences
