Full job descriptionElectrician (Temporary Contract) - FifeWe are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrician to work on a temporary contract covering social housing properties in and around Fife
The Role*Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation work within occupied and void social housing properties.
*Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently and safely.
*Completing inspection and testing duties in accordance with current regulations.
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
*Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures and industry standards.
Requirements*Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
*18th Edition qualification preferred.
*Experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is desirable.
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*Full UK driving licence is essential.
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
