The Business Manager will lead on financial planning, budgeting, HR processes, facilities oversight, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to support senior leadership in strategic decision making.

Manage financial operations including budgeting and reporting
Oversee HR and compliance processes
Support strategic planning with senior leadership
Ensure smooth operational management across the site
Maintain strong communication with staff and stakeholders
Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in school business management or a similar role
Strong financial and organisational skills
Knowledge of HR and compliance processes
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
