MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Bridgwater area to recruit a talented and creative Art & Photography Teacher.
This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department, delivering inspiring lessons that encourage creativity, expression, and technical skill.
The RoleYou will teach Art and Photography across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their creative voice and confidence while building strong practical skills.
The role will involve:
*Delivering engaging and high-quality Art & Photography lessons
*Encouraging experimentation with a range of media and techniques
*Developing students’ visual literacy and critical thinking
*Supporting students to explore their own creative identity
*Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing Art & Design department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Art and/or Photography at KS3 and KS4
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A creative and engaging teaching style
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts
* A team-focused approach and willingness to contribute
* A belief that every student can succeed
