Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg

The role of Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Woodwork includes:
*Estimator position dealing with a range of woodwork and joinery projects for the fit-out sector
*Whilst primarily an Estimator position, the successful candidate will also support procurement and operational activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from enquiry through to completion.
*Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
*Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
*Producing formal quotations to customers
*Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
*Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
*Contacting customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
*Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bespoke Joinery & Woodwork with
*Must have Estimating experience within the Woodworking or Joinery sector
*Highly advantageous to have previous experience on retail fit-out projects
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Full UK driving license
*Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Good team player who also works well individually
