Experienced in residential lettings and looking to join a highly respected independent agency with excellent staff retention?
Due to business growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency operating across the Cambridge market. Opportunities within this agency are rare, making this an excellent long-term career move for the right individual. The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
*Register applicants and match them to suitable rental properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure successful lets
*Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
*Work closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities and occupancy levels
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
*Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth
*Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to maximise referrals and results
Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements
*Minimum of 12 months’ experience within a Lettings Negotiator role
*Driven, proactive, and target-focused approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Career-minded with a desire for long-term progression
*Positive attitude and strong team-working mentality
*Full UK driving licence
